Psychologist

Three beliefs that colour the way I work with my clients:
I believe…
Sharing your story, engaging in self-exploration, and connecting with your inner resources opens the door to meaningful and lasting transformation.
I believe…
That our bodies and psyche carry deep wisdom – when we learn to listen, shed our masks, and tend to these hidden parts, we can reconnect with our authentic self.
I believe…
In the healing power of community, conversation and co-regulation.
Get to know me
My secret talent:
Supporting people to hear the quiet truths they’ve been overriding.
What’s it like to be in a room with me?
I bring a gentle, grounded, nurturing and compassionate presence – inviting spaciousness, courage, and curiosity for your unique journey. In our work together, you will be supported to feel safe, seen, and held in the tender depths of your mind, body, and heart. I create space for the fullness of your human experience, honour your inner wisdom, and empower you to make meaningful changes, walking alongside you as you find your way back to yourself.
What’s my non-negotiable when it comes to taking care of my own mental health?
Slow mornings… including cuddles with my cat, Sissy, and a walk in the morning sun.
My life motto:
Moving with the seasons of life.
My background and experience
I have ten years experience working as an individual and group psychologist across private practice, private hospitals, outpatient clinics, and educational and community settings. I was awarded a Master of Professional Psychology in 2016, after completing a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) Honours. I have an additional four years experience working in social, family and community services case management, in the field of complex trauma.
