Why refer to Inner Melbourne Clinical Psychology?

When you refer to a group practice, you may not always know which individual clinician your patient will see. We think it’s important that you can feel confident in the experience of the team as a whole.

At IMCP:

  • Our therapists are mid to late career clinicians with substantial breadth and depth to their clinical experience.
  • We know our therapists well – their particular strengths, approaches and ways of working.
  • Every referral is considered individually rather than simply allocated to the next available therapist.
  • We match thoughtfully based on clinical needs, preferences and the therapist’s particular experience.
  • Our therapists are part of a supported clinical team, with ongoing opportunities for consultation, supervision and professional development.

You don’t need to find the right therapist yourself. Refer your patient to IMCP as a practice and our experienced Support Team can take it from there.
