Three beliefs that colour the way I work with my clients:
I believe…
Each day, we have the opportunity to take actions that align with our values, no matter how small those actions may seem.
I believe…
Our commitment to change is most important. The process of healing is most often non-linear; it can involve ups-and-downs, dips, and going backwards and forwards.
I believe…
Every person deserves to be heard and validated.

My secret talent:
Drawing. I like to challenge myself to fill out a new sketchbook each year.
What’s it like to be in a room with me?
Sometimes it can be hard to sit with our thoughts and feelings. That is why I focus on making the room feel safe, kind and free of judgment. People say I am a good listener and that I value bringing creativity and authenticity to our sessions.
What’s my non-negotiable when it comes to taking care of my own mental health?
Prioritising activities that bring me joy and fulfilment, such as spending time with loved ones, enjoying delicious food, and engaging in my hobbies.
My life motto:
Keep choosing to be curious.
My background and experience
I am a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist with experience working in different public mental health settings, including inpatient, residential and community mental health services as well as specialised services in Perinatal Mental Health and Gynae-oncology. Outside of private practice, I also work in a public hospital where I provide mental health support to people who are experiencing complex medical conditions.
Throughout my career, each person I have worked with has had their own unique struggles, challenges, and experiences. I acknowledge that there is no one-size-fits-all solution and that people require a personalised and tailored approach to address their needs. While I may not have all the answers, I am committed to working collaboratively with others, using my knowledge, skills, and empathy to support them in living a richer and more fulfilling life.
